Affinity’s technology platforms (including TMEA-ALDC, TMEA-SMDC, TMEA-ADC, TMEAkine, TMEAboby, and TMEA-TCE) enable the modification of diverse molecules such as small-molecule drugs, cytokines, antibodies, and fusion proteins, offering strong scalability and broad applicability. Affinity is advancing multiple first-in-class or best-in-class drug candidates at various stages of development, and actively seeking global collaboration and out-licensing opportunities.

Co-Development

Affinity actively seeks collaborative R&D and strategic partnerships with global biopharmaceutical companies and academic institutions, leveraging Affinity’s innovative platform to achieve complementary resource advantages and diversify the pipeline. We can modify partners’ molecules, including small-molecule drugs, cytokines, antibodies, and fusion proteins, to design next-generation drug candidates that are selectively activated in the tumor microenvironment.
